During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the central location of this hotel, it was easy to access shopping centers and tourist sites within a short walking distance. The staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to our needs, which made us feel welcome. The bed was comfortable and made us sleep well. The breakfast was delicious too, especially the freshly baked croissants and coffee.

The heating system did not function well, leaving our room feeling cold and stuffy. The room wasn't as clean as we expected, the carpet had stains and the bathroom had some mold.

The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood that is easily accessible yet not far from main roads. the staff is friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to meet guests' requests. the rooms are spacious and well-designed, with modern furnishings and high-grade materials. the food at the restaurant is of high quality and at a reasonable price point. the hotel offers excellent value for money.

The showerheads could have been of better quality.

There was no elevator or ramps for disabled people in the hotel. This could be a challenge for some guests who need to use the stairs.

Amazingly comfortable beds with fluffy duvets made my stay at Castello Boutique unforgettable! The large bathrooms had ample space, and the dining room served delicious roasted potatoes. I highly recommend this hotel.
